Kupcakery

I had the pleasure of shooting a few photos for my high school friend Kacee, who has started a bakery.  Her business is called Kupcakery and she specializes in mini cupcakes and other sweet treats.  I got to take some photos (and sample) some Red Velvet Cookies she had made. Not only was the cream cheese frosting drizzled on top but she also put some inside the cookie as well... pure heaven I tell you! Definitely check out her website and send Kacee an e-mail if you want some yummy treats for yourself!

Aument + Gilbert

My very bestest friend in the whole wide world is getting married... Yippee!  I mentioned to her that I would love to take some photos of her and her man Jason.  She took me up on my offer so they could have some photos for their Christmas card.  We met up one afternoon at Little River Park in Zebulon, NC.  We had a ton of fun and the photos definitely show it.  Can't wait for all of the wedding festivities to begin!

Beth and Michael Tie the Knot

I'm way past due on blog posts, so let's try to play catch up...

Beth and Michael tied the knot on November 12th 2011 in beautiful Williamsbug, VA.  It was definitely a very special and beautiful wedding.  Not only was it nice to see two amazing friends get married but I also got to photograph my first wedding.  It was quite the experience to say the least.  I couldn't be happier for these two and I can't wait to take pictures of their little babies when the choose to have them (which better be soon).

The day started at the Williamsburg Hospitality House where Beth and her sister Katie were hanging out and getting ready.  Her fabulous Make-up and Hair Stylist, Jennifer Rodriguez, did an amazing job with Beth's hair and make-up. Later in the afternoon we took some pictures of the bride and groom around the campus of  William & Mary. The fall colors were the perfect back drop for the bride and grooms portraits.  The ceremony took place in the evening on campus at Wren Chapel, in the Sir Christopher Wren Building, which is the oldest academic structure still in use in America.  After the ceremony we followed the brick sidewalk downtown to the Blue Talon Bistro where an amazing dinner was served.  The cake, made by Carrot Tree Kitchens, was to die for!  A fun time was had by all.

Congrats to Beth and Michael!
