On December 29th the ECU Pirates played Maryland in the Military Bowl which was held in our Nation's Capitol. Unfortunately we were only there for two days. One of those days was consumed with the game and the other was consumed with sightseeing. Tailgating for the game was tons of fun but the game itself not so much. The Pirates lost the game to Maryland big time. We tried not to let the loss ruin our trip. We got a good nights rest and ventured out into the city for some sightseeing. We think we walked over 6 miles that day but it was totally worth it. It's so much fun being a tourist :)
